MANDELA SQUARE HOUSING PROJECT, MONTAGU

Location: Situated North East of Montagu as an extension of the existing township.

Description of application: Plan Active was appointed by the Breede River Winelands Municipality in order to do a housing layout on 3 hectares next to the existing township. The layout makes provision for 62 residential erven and 2 open space erven. Plan Active also compiled a town planning application for rezoning and subdivision.
