Location: Hemel & Aarde Valley, approximately 5km from the Sandbaai crossing of the R43 and Sandbaai Main Road.
Project description: Application was made for the rezoning of an area of Portion 6 being ±1,2ha in extent from Agriculture Zone I to Agriculture Zone II to accommodate the proposed wine cellar area. Application was also made for consent uses for tourist facilities on both portions 4 & 6 to accommodate wine tasting & sales and a farm stall on the subject portions.
